Stepping Up to Management

Management Skills for the New Manager is an on-site two-day skill building seminar covering the basics of supervision and management for the new supervisor or manager: communication skills, delegation, coaching and motivation of self and employees. This seminar has been developed during the past 16 years to address issues facing the over 100,000 managers who have been interviewed and participated in the program.
