Understand What Influences Behavior
Working with Emotional Intelligence is an
on-site two-day seminar designed to increase participants' emotional
intelligence, ability to work productively with others, and level
of cooperation and influence, and to reduce conflict. The workshop
introduces the principles of emotional intelligence and advanced
communication techniques.
The class will reveal why some people are influential and able
to accomplish a great deal working with others, and ways everyone
can become more influential and encourage collaboration. Every
participant will gain a greater understanding of motivating through
honoring others' values. Teams will learn more about productive
team dynamics and how to keep positive momentum. Participants
will learn to take ownership of their contribution to team functioning.
Dealing with difficult people and stressful interactions will
also be covered.
